Lost or Stolen Triangle Rewards Cards
If a Triangle Rewards Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, Canadian Tire will issue a new card on presentation of proper identification, and the balance in the Members Triangle Rewards Account will be transferred to a new Triangle Rewards Account.
